There's only one phone plugged into the entire building, and only one socket for it to be plugged into! I'd unplug everything but one phone plugged in at the main socket - if that fails, for several different handsets, then it's France Telecom's fault.<br/><br/>And of course, I'd check that the ringers on each phone haven't been turned off by idiots.
